Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Times and Costs
- Standard shipping: 7 to 15 business days (free over $50 USD)
- Express shipping: available as an option for an additional fee
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on destination country and package weight
- International orders may take longer
Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
Delayed Deliveries
Although we provide accurate estimates, delays can occur. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact our support. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs, import, and tax duties. The customer bears these costs. We are not responsible for customs issues.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Verify your address at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@monixo.com. We may be able to redirect the shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered:
- The carrier will attempt to return it to our warehouse
- We will contact you to clarify the situation
- Return and refund fees may apply
