30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support at support@monixo.com with your order number
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  3. Send the package to the address you will receive via email
  4. The return must arrive within 14 days of your request

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@monixo.com. We will resolve the issue promptly and proceed with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items significantly damaged after receipt

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. Contact our support to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact our support.

Return Shipping Fees

The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
